Jesus Misinterpreted Part 1

After a recent conversation with someone who claimed to be a life long devoted every Wednesday going to Bible study Christian I was drawn to a shocking conclusion. It seems that the most people who claim to be Christians have absolutely no idea about who the supposed Lord and Savior of the world Jesus Christ is or what his purpose was for coming to this planet.

As we have now moved into the Computer Age Christians have advanced no more in religious knowledge than the Stone Age i.e. My God stronga dan yur God In this article I will discuss some of the more wide spread BELIEFS that Christians hold true to the point of heated debates without any facts or proof to support their claims. However I will use quotes from the Bible to support my points so noone can say My Bible doesn t say that Which is a response I often get before many Christians use before they make a mad dash out of the door to avoid being exposed for not knowing anything about their religion.

One of the most arguable misconceptions in Christianity is that Jesus and the Most High are the same which is totally false and unwarranted. This is so widespread because of the statement made by Jesus in St. John 10 30 I and my father are one. Before we begin we must set parameters on how the scriptures will be interpreted. What I mean bby this is will we take everything literally or will we agree that somethings such as parables are to be taken figuratively? From the above quote it is clear to see that Jesus is speaking in the figurative sense. Common sense should guide any educated person to see that by the statement I and MY FATHER a clear separation is made between two different BEINGS for lack of a better word and there is no way they could be rolled up into one Entity. So clearly what Jesus is speaking of here is that they are one in mind body and spirit. If the Father was here right here right now this is what he would be doing and saying.

As promised I will now add quotes to show that this belief is totally absurd and unfounded. Shall we look at St. John 14 20 where Jesus clearly says At that day ye shall know that I am IN my father and ye IN me and I IN you. So how could anyone possibly construe this with Jesus saying that he and all Christians are physically one being only one in their acceptance of the Most High. St. John 17 22 proves this point even more clearly. Here Jesus says And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them that they may be one even as we are one. Now according to this quote are we all rolled up into one? Of course not

Here are more quotes where Jesus said out of his own mouth in RED LETTERS WHEN HE WAS ALIVE IN MATTHEW MARK LUKE AND JOHN AS OPPOSED TO THE LATER BOOKS WHEN PEOPLE ONLY SAID WHAT THEY HEARD JESUS SAID Saint John 3 17 God sent his son. St. John 5 30 32 and 8 54 Jesus says he can do nothing of his own accord. St. John 14 28 Jesus makes it very loud and clear that God the Father is greater than he. St. John tells the Jews that his doctrine is not his but his that sent him. If those are not enough take a look at this last quote Matthew 5 37 where Jesus says THAT NOONE HAD EVER SEEN THE MOST HIGH OR HEARD HIS VOICE WHILE HE WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF THEM.

The next topic I would like to address is that people believe that Jesus is the only perfect person to ever live. Again this is totally absurd and nothing could be further from the truth This is simply another example of people being caught up in the rapture of something someone said and never took time to substantiate it with scriptures. I challenge anyone to show me one place in the Bible where Jesus said he was perfect or the only perfect person for that matter. Just for the record Job was called perfect in Job 1 1. In fact in Matthew 7 19 Jesus took exception to even being called GOOD YET ALONE PERFECT. Merely GOOD and said that only the Most High is GOOD FURTHERMORE JESUS EVEN TELLS THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE GODS THEMSELVES IN ST. JOHN 10 34. NOW HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU READ THAT QUOTE AND NEVER KNEW IT WAS THERE UNTIL NOW??

These following passages will show that Jesus clearly says that through obedience to the Most High anyone could reach PERFECTION. In Matthew 5 48 Jesus tells his followers to be PERFECT as the Father in heaven is PERFECT. Matthew 19 21 Jesus tells his followers to sell all their wordly possessions and give the money to the poor if they wanted to be perfect. St. Luke 6 40 Jesus tells his disciples that everyone of them who is perfect will be as his master. This is speaking about the Most High for Jesus said That no man can serve two masters.

At this point I would like to discuss St. Luke 13 32. Jesus says and I quote Go ye and tell that fox Behold I cast out devils and I do cures today and tomorrow and the third day I SHALL BE PERFECTED. The significance of this quote is that Jesus was referring to a future time period when he said he shall will reach a state of PERFECTION. So can you now see that prior to that point Jesus was not perfect and he himself had to be baptized like everyone else in St. Luke 3 21. Please don t try to say that Jesus was setting an example because that quote clearly says that ALL THE PEOPLE WERE BAPTIZED AND JESUS WAS BAPTIZED ALSO I would also like to point out that this is not talking about the crucifiction get it FICTION OF THE CROSS?? This is talking about something entirely different.

Let s look at one last quote to drive this point home. In St. John 17 23 Jesus says I in them and thou in me that they shall be made perfect in one and that the world may know that thou hast sent me and hast loved them as I hast loved me. This one powerful quote dispels two myths in one First Jesus is again for the umpteenth time saying that anyone who lives the word of the Most High can obtain perfection. Notice that Jesus said Made perfect just as he was made perfect in in St. Luke 13 32 and Hebrews 5 9. Secondly the whole thing about Jesus and the Most High being all rolled up into one is again blown out of the water. Jesus clearly says I in them and thou in me. So for anyone who wants to keep thinking that Jesus and the Most High are physically the same that s your choice. However according to the words of Jesus in RED LETTERS that is simply not true.

These are some of the eye opening facts about the Christian religion as taught to us by H.E. Rev. Dr. Malachi Kobina York. Dr. York has written over 400 books on religious scientific historical and spiritual topics that have yet to be proven wrong to rid the world of the ignorance of religion that is responsible for so much death violence and blood shed for centuries over.

Thanks for reading this life changing information. As always I welcome any comments retorts and debates. I simply ask that you back all your claims with scriptures as I have.
